For the shaping of circular arc plate, due to the two processing methods of barrel saw and rope saw, the shape deformation of circular arc surface will occur during processing, that is, the processed product is not a standard circular arc surface. Scribing Handmade
Most small circular arc plate processing plants use this method for shaping and processing and use the standard template marking as the shape processing benchmark. Using the straight edge as the straight-line machining benchmark, we can also process a relatively standard circular arc plate. The processing quality of this method is completely determined by the skill level of the operator, so the processing quality is unstable.

Technical indexes of stone circular arc plate
1. The minimum wall thickness of circular arc plate shall not be less than 18 mm
2. Allowable angle tolerance of circular arc plate: 0.40mm for superior products, 0.60mm for first-class products, 0.80mm for qualified products, and 0.80mm for side angle of circular arc plate α Shall not be less than 90 °.
3. For the specification and size of circular arc plate, use a vernier caliper or measuring instrument that can meet the requirements of measurement accuracy to measure the chord length, height, and minimum wall thickness of circular arc plate. The maximum and minimum deviation are used to represent the dimensional deviation of the chord length, height, and wall thickness. The measured value is accurate to 0.1 mm.

5. Straightness of circular arc plate stick a steel ruler with flatness tolerance of 0.mm on the tested arc surface along the direction of circular arc plate bus, and measure the gap between the ruler surface and the plate surface with a feeler gauge. The measured value is accurate to 0.05mm.

Measure the four corners of the circular arc plate with the above method. The angular tolerance of the circular arc plate is represented by the measured value of maximum clearance. The measured value is accurate to 0.05mm.
8.
