The screw-in stone back bolt is composed of a conical expansion sleeve, hexagon socket screw, and flange locking anti-skid nut. The fixed value is from the hole bottom to the inner surface of the stone. The product itself can not eliminate the stone processing error, but can only be adjusted in the horizontal direction of the keel system at the back of the stone.
The expansion size of the sleeve is limited by the screw, which has no extrusion stress on the plate and is especially suitable for the anchorage of thin plate and brittle plates. For the screw-in stone back bolt, the selected nut is a flange-type anti-skid lock nut, which can prevent the risk of nut loosening or fall off due to long-term slight vibration. 4、 Locking back bolt
Originally developed by beclouded, it can be used to fix medium-thick plates (a variety of plates such as stone and cement fiberboard), most of which are more than 16mm thick.

Back bolted dry hanging stone for the exterior wall is a construction technology introduced from abroad in recent years. It has the following advantages:
First, back bolt dry hanging stone. Because each stone has four back bolt hanging parts, each hanging part evenly bears the weight of the stone, and the contact area between stone hanging parts and keel hanging parts is large, with good corresponding strength and stability. Therefore, it can be applied to high-rise and super high-rise exterior wall finishes.

1. Installation of the main keel; Generally, 100 mm X50 mm X40 mm hot-dip galvanized square steel is used to connect and fix the main keel with the corner code, which is usually connected with M12 galvanized machine screw or welded.
2. Installation of the secondary keel; Generally, l50x5 hot-dip galvanized angle steel or special aluminum alloy keel is used, and then the secondary keel is fixed on the corner code with bolts, or the special pressing plate is connected with the main keel, and then the support seat of the pendant with back bolt is installed on the secondary keel with bolts. The special aluminum alloy keel itself is the support seat of the pendant with the back bolt. When the stone finish is empty joint, Generally, all skeletons also need to be blackened.
3. Stone installation; The hole diameter, hole depth, and position requirements of the back bolt hole on each stone. Generally, the distance from the edge of the back bolt hole to the edge of the stone shall be greater than 3 times the thickness of the stone, and shall not be less than 85 mm, nor greater than 180 mm, generally 150 mm. The distance between the hole bottom and the stone surface shall be more than 4mm, and the spacing between holes shall not be more than 600mm.
4, first install the expansion bolts to the stone, then hang the stone hanging on the pendant to the support seat or the aluminum alloy keel on the sub keel pendant. There are two kinds of seams. One is the air gap. The wall must be kept in insulation and glue stitching.
