Adding water when the grinding stone can accelerate the heat emission and reduce the damage to the stone.
3. The glossiness of the water mill is more soft and beautiful
In the process of stone grinding and polishing, all the light thrown out at high temperatures is different from that thrown out at natural temperature. Under the natural temperature, the luster thrown out is soft and looks bright. Under the high-temperature condition, the heat generated at the moment of friction has a certain destructive effect on the crystal structure of stone, so the luster produced by dry grinding has the phenomenon of glare, ablation, drying, and insufficient transparency.
General black stone grinding, easy to whiten, using water grinding is better than dry grinding. The color of the beige stone is not transparent during the whole dry grinding process. The bright is bright, but the luster is dry and faint. This is due to the high-temperature ablation during grinding. The heat produced by dry grinding is harmful to any stone. 4. The pollution produced by dry grinding is difficult to treat

1. Stone without protection

Therefore, the stone without protection can be opened by dry grinding and coated with a protective agent before coating protection.
2. Grinding and polishing
The water mill is used in stone grinding leveling and grinding optimization, and dry grinding is used to speed up the polishing process. The specific method is to use a water mill to grind the stone to 1000 mesh, then the stone can be semi-dry grinding or completely dry grinding with little or no water.
