Antifouling treatment of stone surface
After the above steps are completed, the next step is to do anti-pollution treatment on the stone surface, mainly to clean up the impurities on the stone surface, so as not to pollute the stone surface for a long time, and then to brush six sides of professional stone protective agent. According to previous experience, it is difficult to tear off the label paper pasted on the surface of the board after a long time, or there will be sticky things on the surface after tearing off. So we must use easy to tear environmental protection professional label paper.
After processing, the plates should be numbered according to the drawing, and packed according to the batch number, room number, and space. The packing material should be environmentally friendly wooden cases, and the packing must be firm and easy to load and unload. The box number, packing list (paper version is put in the wooden box, the electronic version is sent to the customer’s mailbox), and production and processing drawing shall be marked on the packing box; Foam boards are used around wooden boxes, and pearl cotton is used between boards. After packing, the wooden case (except the bottom) is wrapped with plastic film to prevent the board from being polluted by rain. For some plates with more edge treatment, more packaging protection is needed. The whole packing process must be careful and careful.
The packed wooden cases are transported to the designated warehouse by forklift, and the warehouse must be flat. Do not squeeze during stacking.
