Whether it is a unidirectional knife slot or a Roman slot, the direction should be parallel to the direction of the shower nozzle, so that the direction of the foot can be ensured to be perpendicular to the direction of the knife slot or Roman slot during bathing. The foot surface can cover more slots, enhancing the anti-slip effect; Both bidirectional knife slot and Roman slot can meet the above requirements.
The spacing between knife slots is generally between 40-70mm, preferably less than 55mm, which has the best anti-slip effect; The spacing between Roman grooves is generally between 50-100mm, preferably less than 70mm, for the best anti-slip effect. In terms of reprocessing, the knife slot does not need to be polished, and the Roman slot needs to be polished again. Acid washing surface is the process of using oxalic acid to corrode the surface of the stone, causing it to lose its original smoothness and become a bumpy and pitted surface. This can also effectively increase friction with the soles of the feet and enhance the anti-slip effect.
It is generally recommended to use dark-colored stone for the flooring of the shower room, mainly to avoid the formation of stains on the appearance of light-colored boards that are difficult to clean due to the long-term use of various bathing and cleaning products such as shower milk. The floor of the shower room should be cleaned irregularly to maintain cleanliness.
