03. Quality Control of Connection Construction
All incoming connection materials shall undergo on-site sampling testing and be accompanied by relevant testing reports. Only qualified materials can be put into use. The stability of the corner plate is a key factor affecting the safety of dry-hanging stones. The corner plate is used to connect the steel frame and connect the stone to the building using corner codes, playing a connecting role. The construction of the corner plate mainly includes welding connection and expansion bolt connection.
Welding connection mainly involves using pre-embedded parts and conducting welding. Before welding, a trial welding should be carried out. Welding can only be carried out after the test is qualified. Due to the damage to the galvanized protective film of the corner plate caused by welding and the formation of gaps between the corner plate and the embedded parts, rust prevention and sealing treatment of the gaps must be carried out after welding.
The expansion bolt connection meets the design requirements by conducting physical pull-out tests on site first; When drilling, the drilling rig should be kept horizontal and vertical, and the dust and sand in the hole should be blown out by wind; The inner expansion lining and inner expansion pin must be fully expanded; After screwing in the bolt, try to support the inner expansion pin as much as possible, and fill any gaps with glue; Bolts, fixed angle steel, flat washers, and spring washers must be pressed flat to make the angle steel tightly adhere to the structural layer, and at the same time, resin adhesive should be used to fix the screw to prevent loosening; When connecting the connecting piece to the fixed angle steel, it is necessary to tighten it after adjusting the front, back, left, and right sides, and fix the nut with resin adhesive to prevent loosening; Conduct acceptance of the construction of the internal expansion pin, conduct spot checks and tests at any time, and keep hidden records.
04. Quality control of stone joint construction
According to the treatment method of the stone joint, firstly, it is not separated from the joint, and the plates are naturally connected. The defect of this method is that it is easy to limit the expansion and contraction of the plates due to temperature differences, and it is not widely used in external walls; The second is seam separation. The gap between plates is usually 6~10mm, which is filled evenly with foam adhesive strips and sealed with weather-resistant silicone adhesive. The sealing agent has a warranty and various performance indicators; Before filling the joint, the stone should be treated according to the joint, and an air compressor must be used to blow away dirt and dust on the wall; Fill the inner side of the board with foam plastic strips.
The pressed depth must be uniform according to the caulking depth. The pressed depth should not be too loose. The number should be increased to control the caulking depth; When filling the joint, it is necessary to apply adhesive tape at the joint to prevent contamination of the stone surface by the joint; When filling the joint, the filling agent must be continuously dense and full, and it is strictly prohibited to cut corners and fill according to regulations to prevent water seepage; Special quality personnel should be assigned to conduct joint filling inspections and keep hidden records.
05. Strengthen technical disclosure and reasonably deploy construction processes
The project technical leader shall reasonably deploy the construction process between each process based on the stone dry-hanging construction process, and promptly provide written technical disclosure to each professional team. Additionally, targeted written technical disclosure shall be conducted to all operators of each team, and signature confirmation procedures shall be completed. Construction of the next process shall not proceed until the previous process has passed acceptance. All teams strictly follow the following process flow:
06. Finished product protection control
(1) Develop protective measures for the skeleton, stone, and sealing of dry hanging, which shall not cause a collision, deformation, discoloration, or other phenomena;
(2) Timely remove the adhesion on the surface of the dragon skeleton during construction;
(3) Stone dry hanging construction completed.
(4) Before use, conduct a corrosion test on the neutral cleaning agent used for cleaning dry hanging. After cleaning with the neutral cleaning agent, rinse it thoroughly with clean water in a timely manner.
By adopting the above control methods, the construction task of dry hanging the exterior stone of this project was successfully completed.
