The processing flow of stone relief
The production process of relief is relatively simple, generally including nine steps, as follows:
1. Make a design draft

2. Select suitable stone
Select appropriate stone materials according to the design drawings, design requirements, and manufacturing process requirements. It should be noted that in this process, the color difference, stone structure, and other problems that may affect the follow-up work must be checked.
3. Initial processing preparation engraving
The rough stone is made into plates and cuts into size materials with a gantry saw. Pay attention to joint inspection.
4. Carving and setting out
Make a 1:1 detail drawing according to the design draft.
5. Start carving

6. Grinding
After the engraving is completed, the details shall be processed and polished with coarse emery cloth and fine emery cloth.
7. Inspection and acceptance
